That question became Switch Society, a circular wardrobe in Billings, Montana, and a different way to think about fashion.

Before Switch Society, Emily spent more than a decade as a business and authenticity coach, working with founders and small business owners to build aligned, values-driven companies. She holds a master's degree in psychology and has spent years in the body confidence and female empowerment space, helping women stop waiting until they feel ready and start showing up fully right now.
